The Living Room Theatre

One warm summer eve, we moved a few arm chairs, a couch and a rug into a prominent alleyway in Great Barrington, and created a pop-up "living room". People performed music, poetry, and monolgues. The most rewarding was a deeply felt sense of community shared by all, as friends and strangers alike gathered to watch what was being offered, with amazing attention and quiet. We aim to do this again in the summer of 2013 with more monolgues and one- act scenes and plays.
